Rick Kidder: an outstanding personality

Mr. Kidder, Project Manager, doesn’t go unnoticed. His motivation, drive and passion for his work are quite obvious

Rick is a man who will move through thick and thin for Telecon Enterprise. He is part of the sales and business development team and helps to manage the day-to-day operations. When asked about the project that makes him the proudest, his dedication to everything he does is immediately apparent: “Nothing specific comes to mind because I give equal consideration to all projects, no matter how big or small. I’m just as committed to small projects like installing structured cabling in a pizza shop as I am to larger projects. Experience has shown time and time again that this small project could easily turn into an important structured cabling project for a chain of 100 pizzerias across the country.”

Rick is someone who gives a lot of his time to the community and it is essential for him to work for a company that acts as a good corporate citizen. Through his initiatives, we have partnered with Anixter to make a significant donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. He also initiated a project in partnership with Telus and Qualitair that allowed us to offer a complete upgrade of the structured cabling network and Wi-Fi at no cost to the Lighthouse Children and Families.

Rick has an undeniable talent for connecting with people and is passionate about business development. He is a member of Corporate Connection, a global community of business leaders that focuses on advanced networking strategies. On a daily basis, he also enjoys helping his colleagues and is happy to share his 30 years of experience. Many consider him a mentor.

Nevertheless, his expertise is not the only thing he wants to pass on: “I love my job and I do it very professionally while having a lot of fun with my colleagues. I think it’s important to inspire people to have fun every day, because happiness at work makes you want to excel more and more.”

We all want to thank Rick for his engagement and dedication to his work.
